Although the reservation was made online, we received a phone call to confirm our food preferences and allergies. We were also able to ask for a pick-up at Nikko Station, which was appreciated. It was very convenient to walk to Toshogu Shrine. From the large window of our room, we could see the green mountains and the flowing river like a picture. Both dinner and breakfast were served in the room, so we were able to relax. Thank you very much.

We spent a wonderful weekend here ! We had a nice welcome with some japanese sweets and tea. The room was very comfortable and the bath very nice. We also had a nice view on the mountains and the river behind the hotel. The dinners were incredibly diverse

This was one of the most superb holiday experiences from check in to checkout. The room, the food, the service from all staff was second to none. The Onsen, the dressing in yukuta and sleeping on futons all enhanced the experience.
