We had an enjoyable stay in Hana-An. The service staff was very good. Even assisted us by sending to the bus station on the morning we checked out. It was snowing heavily on 24th Nov. The meals was really good quality and variety. Can't really find an issu

リニューアル後ということで、施設全体デザイン的も良かったですし、食事も高齢者夫婦には少しボリュウムが多かったですが、美味しいものばかりで、とても満足でした。

中禅寺湖周遊クルーズ船乗り場も、華厳の滝も近くなので歩いて出かけました 部屋の露天風呂にはＯＮ・ＯＦＦできる目隠しスクリーンがついているので、湯船につかりながらＯＦＦにすると中禅寺湖の眺めが良かったです。 料理もおいしかったです ツインが希望でしたが、慣れていないダブルベッドでしたのでツインが選べるともっと良かったです 部屋の露天風呂と大浴場は泉質が違うので、２種類の温泉が楽しめました

中禅寺湖と山々が部屋から見えゆっくりくつろげます。２種類の泉質の温泉も気持ちよく、タオルやバスタオル、化粧水など浴室にあるので部屋から手ぶらでいけます。大人数の宿ではないので、温泉もゆったり入れますし、大人の宿って感じです。食事は２部制入れ替えです。彩りよく盛られていて美味いです。ガッツリ系の人には少し足りないかもしれませんが、女子には充分お腹いっぱいになります。朝食の出汁茶漬けもとても美味しかったです。

“Great staff.”
It is within walking distance from the bus stop, close to the sightseeing boat pier, and has a good view of Lake Chuzenji and the torii gate from the room. It is not a large hotel, but the flow of traffic in the building is good and it is clean. In particular, all staff members were warm and neat. I chose this hotel because it has two hot springs. The bathrooms are not particularly large, but they are enjoyable enough. It would be nice if there was a clock in the changing room. The food was colorful and delicate, and the vegetables were delicious. It is gentle on the stomachs of middle-aged and elderly people. I will use this hotel again.
