The customer service was very good and the building was well cleaned, but I was disappointed in the bathrooms. The glass windows were not cleaned at all, and the wash basin was so dirty you would think it was a pattern. The outside of the glass window was also covered with cloud nests, although this could not be helped. I didn't feel like taking a relaxing bath.

I was very pleased with the employees and the transfer of rooms, etc. However, I was disappointed because I was looking forward to the meals. I was looking forward to the food, but I was disappointed because I was looking forward to the Chinese buffet and the grilled food at "Kegon". It would have been great if there were more meats to grill, but I felt that only ribs on the bone would be too hard for children and elderly people to eat. I wish I had chosen a different meal plan. I am looking forward to the food and the hot springs when I travel, so I am sure that my disappointment level increased.

Mountain Climbing and Hot Springs”
He said he was able to relax in the hot spring, and that the open-air bath in the women's bath was inadequately blindfolded. Dinner was average, and breakfast was satisfactory, but the Japanese and Western dishes were separated, so we had to walk through a maze, and the seats were so close together that we could not enjoy our meal in a calm atmosphere.

Wow! I’ve never experienced such hospitality. As a family who can not speak Japanese and are not familiar with Japanese custom, the staff bent over backwards to help us. At the Japanese buffet restaurant we were guided through how to cook at our table and

I am impressed with the great quality of food and nice view from the room. Also, room is very spacious. The hotel also offers many activities to participate such as catching fish, private hot spring room for rental.
