    Very good”

    The room I get is a cottage. It shows the ages and walk though stairs to access everything. I reserved a non smoking room and I was told it is a non smoking room. I still smell scent of cigarette. It was not too bad and I was tired with overnight fligh

    Exceptional”

    The riverside and mountain view is superb. In addition, the entire hotel is pretty big, and the park cottage room offers one of the best price among them. This hotel has 2 kinds of onsen and the schedule is rotated three times a day between men and women.

    とにかく食事が、、、。”

    食事が残念。設備が古いとか、立地が～とか　もうどうにもならない話ではなく現在進行形の話。温かい料理を出してくれ。 夕食に出てきた七草がゆ、朝食の味噌汁（一人ずつ鍋で火にかけてたけど着席後２分で燃え尽きた）、焼き魚 温かい料理を出さないなら時間を聞く必要はないですよね 他の方もレビューしてたけど部屋の水が一番うまいという。。 あと、３階から入れるお風呂の露天風呂、暗すぎ。岩に気が付かず脛を強打しました。 改善しやすい事なので是非お願い致します。

    おもてなし感が感じられませんでした。”

    チェックインをした時のフロント係の方はいらっしゃいませも無ければこちらが話しても下を向いて作業。客室に案内してくれたスタッフからは館内の説明など無く部屋の館内案内を見ても分からず、その都度フロントに内線しました。いくら安い部屋に泊まったからと言え接客の対応がひどすぎます。おもてなしの気持ちなど感じられず非常に残念でした。どちらも年配の男性でしたがお盆で混んでる時期なので普段は接客されてない方が対応したのかなとも感じました。 大浴場は良かったのですが露天風呂はぬるくゴミも沢山浮いていてがっかりです。夕食と朝食は美味しかったし係の女性の方も笑顔で対応が良かったので食事は満足しました。 これらの事は客室にアンケートが無かったのでメモ用紙に記入してきました。
