      “Excellent”

It was a real Japanese experience. Very polite staff. Food was a surprising experience as well. Room is a bit spartan. Pillows are oldfashioned. Over all we had a nice experience. Be open and prepared for a traditional Japanese experience.

      いいサービス、いい部屋。江戸村に近いので、便利です。値段が高いけど、満足した。温泉は最高、入りながら、外の景色も見えた。もし機会があったら、戻りたいです。

      “Very good”

Nice hotel but a little bit old. Need a little bit walk from the train station but it's not easy to find. Meals were good. There was no towel in the Hot Springs rooms, have to carry from the room.

      “Very good”

Great location close to transport (5 minute walk from Kinugawa onsen station) and our room had a good view of the river. Like many onsen ryokans, there are very few staff who can speak English. Food and services are standard, not particularly impressive. M
