Only 6 min walk from Kinugawa station. Food was so delicious and served in private dinning room. Hot spa bath was really good. This place was so peaceful.

It's a very good time for our family staying here. Unfortunately we reached hotel a bit too late to take a local train to Nikko station. Front desk staff help us to arrange the trip. Great! Hotel staff are very nice. Food is fantastic. Outdoor spa is small

The location was not bad, about 7 minute by walk to the station. Dinner was really decent. Warm and comfortable futon bed. There're free-to-use massage chair. (not the best, but I like it) They try to communicate with us whether we don't speak Japanes

２歳の娘を連れての旅行でした。お布団だけつけたのですが、夕食時にご飯やデザートも娘の分までサービスしてくださったり、スタッフの方も声をかけてくれたりと、とても気遣っていただき温かい旅館でした。お料理もお風呂も最高でした。ありがとうございました。

料金からすれば部屋付き風呂があっておかしくないが、それがない分、共同浴場とか食事等がそれを補うほどのものであれば総合評価はそれなりのものと言えるが、この料金レベルからすれば共同浴場は大目に見て並みレベルに止まるものであり、夕食総体での味は並みレベルを大きく下回るものであったことにより、残念な評価となった。 風呂付き部屋の設置や共同風呂の改善（広さや見晴らしの改善）は困難と思うので、総合評価の向上には夕食の味と土産品の品揃えの大幅な改善が残された道と言える。良薬は口に苦し。心して本質的な顧客満足に向けて本質的な努力をしてほしいものである。

今回も毎年恒例の彼女との旅行でした。日光観光の最終日の宿でしたが最終日にふさわしい宿に宿泊することができました。料理は山の幸、川の幸が工夫され田舎暮らしの私達には馴染みの食材でしたがとても美味しく頂きました。品数も豊富でやっと完食しました。料理も良かったのですが何より女将さんをはじめとして従業員の方々のまごころが伝わりました！ありがとうごさいました。また行かせて頂きますのでその際は宜しくお願いします。

風呂が良い、食事が良い。大女将が夕食時に挨拶に来たのは驚いた。実は叔母と祖母が泊まったことがある、母（今回の同行者）が古希だと話すと、チェックアウトの際に、まるで書のような「お手紙」をくれた。お礼というわけではないが、いつかリピートしようと思う。ちょっと残念なのはチェックインまでの３０分（到着が早すぎた）、放置状態だったこと。ウェルカムドリンクなし。

妻が昨年、利用してとても良い旅館だと言っており、また行きたいとなり二人で来ました。従業員の方々の笑顔と対応が良いです。名前の通り、真心の気配りに感動しました。また是非とも行こうと思います。

日光東照宮を訪れたあと、老夫婦と女房と四人で泊まらせていただきました。クチコミの評価通り、快いおもてなしと美味しい料理を堪能しました。お風呂は内風呂ひとつと露天風呂で少し寂しかったですが、適温でゆっくり浸かりました。日曜なのに夏休みなので結構宿泊客がいて、エレベーター待ち時間がありましたが許容範囲内。また是非利用したいと思います・

だいぶ時間が経ってしまいましたが、まごころのおもてなしを大変ありがとうございました。誕生日が近いことを宿帳で気付いてくださって、お夕食にはお祝いの杯を女将様から頂戴し、サプライズとともに感動を頂きました。お食事も同行した八十代の母も完食、栃木ポークもきめ細かく美味でした。露天風呂も清潔で鬼怒川の清流を目前にゆっくり堪能しました。そして帰り際に女将様から直筆のお祝いのお手紙をいただき、感無量でした。お宿の名称でもある「静寂とまごころ」の数々、大変心地よくうれしかったです。本当にありがとうございました。 鬼怒川に立ち寄った際には、またぜひよろしくお願いします。

高齢者がいたのですが、いろいろと便宜をはかって頂けました。また、子供のスリッパも嫌がらず、サイズの合うものを用意して頂けました。夕食も美味しく、量も適当だったので良かったです。

口コミを参考に予約をしました。 皆様が言われている通りとても満足のいく内容でした。 夕食を一番楽しみにして伺いましたが裏切られることもなく、ボリューム味付けどれをとってもおいしかったです。霧降り高原栃木牛のしゃぶしゃぶは本当にとろけるようなお肉で美味しかったです。鹿の刺身は解凍がされてなくてカチカチでそれだけが残念でした。お風呂も新しく疲れが取れました。特に露天風呂は紅葉の季節にまた行きたいと思わせてくれる景観でした。 また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

皆さんの口コミを参照させて頂き今回利用しました。到着時から駐車場での気持ち良い対応で始まり、フロント、部屋への案内、説明もとても細やかで親切に対応していただき家族でのんびりと過ごさせていただきました。夕食も一品一品が美味しく満足でした。本当に静寂というのが実感できる空間が感じられる旅館と表現できると思います。スタッフの方々もとても良い笑顔と挨拶が感じられ、好感が持てました。ただ一点残念なのが、朝、会計が済み玄関を出るときに着物姿の女将さんらしい方が、こちらを一瞥してよそを向いて「ありがとうございました」の声、目と目くらい合わせてくれて挨拶を、と家族全員の意見でした。
