      “Great satisfaction with family”

This was my first time to stay at the Asaya Hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffet had an open kitchen, and of course the warm and delicious food was enjoyable to look at. The men's and women's baths change every morning and evening, so I was able to enjoy both. I was able to spend a very comfortable stay and would definitely use this hotel again.

“I would stay there again and again.”

This is the fourth or fifth time I have stayed at this hotel, and I really want to come back again and again. My father-in-law, sister-in-law, and husband stayed here on a consecutive holiday in May, and they loved it so much that they decided to stay here this time. The bath water was good and the bedrock bath was very nice! The buffet meals were also very satisfying and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

      “I ate too much.”

This was the most satisfying trip I have had in a long time. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast was excellent, and everything we ate was delicious. The staff must have been well trained, because from the moment we were greeted to the moment we were escorted away, we felt warmly welcomed and made the most of our trip. I would definitely come back again.

“It was a very satisfying family vacation.”

We were five people, two adults and three children. The staff was very warm and friendly, and although there was an odd number of people at the buffet, we were seated at the right table and the empty plates were quickly cleared away. We took the outdoor bath on the rooftop in the evening, which was very comfortable, and we didn't get lost in the flow of traffic. I would definitely go there again for my next family vacation.

“No matter how many times I stay here, it's always wonderful.”

I always enjoy the buffet dinner at Ayasa because it is so varied and tasty. The breakfast was the same, with a wide variety of locally produced food, and I was very happy to be able to eat many dishes that I normally don't. There was salmon roe and tobiko, which my wife loves. My wife was very pleased with the salmon roe and tobiko, which she loves. The hot spring baths are spacious and relaxing, and since I suffer from intercostal neuralgia, I feel that my body has been healed and is feeling better. Also, I think it is wonderful that the hot spring baths here are equipped with several four-pointed canes, which is not the case at other inns. My mother, who has a limp, loves Asaya Hotel more than any other hotel in Japan because she can use the canes to enter the hot spring baths, which she normally cannot do because of the canes. They also take care of people with physical disabilities. I think this initiative is wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel because it is easily accessible from Tokyo.

      “Recommended for family use.”

Kinugawa Onsen has become completely desolate compared to its heyday, but I was impressed that Asaya is doing well on that scale. I would recommend using it with a family or group rather than relaxing as a couple. There were a variety of large baths, but they were always pleasant to use without being overcrowded. It was also a good decision to choose a course for dinner, and the choice of plans is a nice touch. I was also satisfied with the work of the staff at the breakfast buffet, such as the timing of replenishment and the cleanup of used dishes. If I may add, it would be nice to have a sake drinking set for dinner.

      “Fun Family Trips”

Check-in was late at 6:30 p.m., but the staff was friendly and welcoming. The buffet meals were very satisfying with a wide variety, and the three large public baths were good to avoid density. We were also able to get sake with the Father's Day plan, which was a great deal. I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

“As expected of a long-established hotel in Kinugawa.”

It was my first time using the hotel in a long time, also because of the Corona disaster. From the parking lot information upon arrival, to the movement into the hotel, to the check-in response and explanations, everything was handled pleasantly and without complaint. I realized that this is a facility that is doing its best in Kinugawa Onsen, even in the current situation, which is understandable. The quality of the buffet dinner and breakfast was high and each dish was delicious and satisfying. I have been using Asaya Hotel for many years, and my 28-year-old child has always said that Asaya Hotel has been his favorite hot spring hotel since he was in elementary school. I hope you will continue to do your best in the future. We will use this hotel again.

      “Good facility.”

I stayed in the old wing this time and was satisfied with the beautifully remodeled building and rooms. I would like to stay in the new building if I have a chance. The meals were a buffet, but the dinner was especially satisfying with a wide variety of items. The steaks, pasta, and visa were cooked on the spot and were excellent.

      “Location is disappointing”

Restaurant use at the Corona Disaster was 90 minutes with masks and gloves. The tables next to us were in normal contact and didn't seem to make much sense. When we checked in, we were given a time to have our room cleaned the next day and when we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned or anything, which made me wonder about this kind of service in an expensive lodging facility. The room with a view of an abandoned hotel is a bit disappointing.
