大きな旅館でキレイ”

素泊まりでしたが大きなお部屋でキレイでスタッフの方々の対応も良くて、温泉も良いお湯で総じて良いお宿でまた泊まりたいと思いましたでも、部屋のメインのコンセント電源が壊れていて使えず、部屋入口の冷蔵庫の方の電源から延長コードを使用し充電する必要があり、かなりガッカリで★一つ減です。特に壊れている案内などもありませんでしたので、知らなければ漏電など危険な可能性もあり早く直して頂いた方が良いと思います。

気持ちの良い宿”

【限定お買い得プラン】でしたが、部屋も広くてきれい、浴衣もサイズを選べるし、文句なし。夕食は美味しくて、朝食バイキングは期待以上の豊富な美味しいメニューで、食べ過ぎてしまいました。ロビーラウンジのフリードリンクも嬉しい。車まで出迎え見送りもしてくれるし、接客対応も丁寧で気持ちよく過ごせました。露天風呂がチョット狭いのが、温泉好きにはやや残念ですが、混んでいなかったのでＯＫです。立地・景観が弱点のようですが、スタッフのみなさんのもてなしのお気持ちが十分カバーしている、気持ち良くくつろげる宿です。

夫婦で東北周遊しました。”

ＧＷに東北を一周して来ました。夕食は普通でしたが、全部食べ終わった後、こちらから呼んでごはん、味噌汁、お漬物を持って来てもらいました。出してくれるタイミングが悪く思いましたね。朝食のバイキングは種類も多く美味しかったです。部屋は綺麗に清掃もされてましたし、アメニティーも他にはなかったローションパックもあって嬉しかったです。しかし、天気が良く少し暑かったのでエアコンを入れようとしたのですが、暖房しかつかず窓を開けて調整しました。そこが残念でしたね。
