“一番良かった”
過去に泊まった旅館で１番良かった。加賀屋と比べてもおもてなしは負けていないと思う。一点だけ、朝食ビュッフェの席案内の際、案内スタッフがテーブルが汚れていたのを気づいていたのに拭こうとしなかった点が大幅マイナス。「食事中です」の札でテーブル下にゴミを落とそうとしたのもマイナス。拭けばいいだけの話なのにかなり残念。ただそこで減点しても他が良かったのでまた行きたいとは思います。

“ほぼ満足ですが、大浴場が寒い”
館内施設は、どれも素晴らしい。大浴場も広く、清潔で、露天風呂も広さ、種類の多さに満足です。しかし、広すぎるからなのか、洗い場が、寒い。体をあらっていると、凍えそうでした。

“泊まった感想”
入り口あたりの駐車場が満杯の場合は第二第三などの駐車場に案内されます離れているので専属のドライバーがおり、入り口まで車に乗せてくれますその時の担当の方が黒の大きい車で送ってくださったのですが挨拶も何も無し。こちらは送ってもらえることに感動し感謝も伝えましたが無視でした。降りる際もありがとうございました！と伝えても何も無し。帰りの旅館の名前入りバスの方は良い対応でした。露天風呂付き客室は外からは歩いてる方にも丸見えです。朝食の際に０歳児がいるのでチェアが欲しいと伝えると持ってこられたのはナポリタンとポテトまみれの汚い椅子でした。軽くケチャップとかならわかるのですが固形物がたくさんついており、それを掃除するところから朝食が始まりました。部屋に戻ると子供の手に付着したケチャップを子供が舐めていて最悪でした

“とても良いお宿ですが改善すべき点もあり”
ホテル入口付近駐車場は高級部屋専用で停められず、再度下り、山道をバスか徒歩で登らないといけないシステムは平等に来た順か高齢者用のほうが良いと思います。事前に知らせないと二度と来ない客もいると思います。朝食開始前並びましたが、割り込む人が多く嫌な気分になりました。整理券を配るなど対策下さい。部屋の金庫の電池が切れ閉めた後開かなくなり直してもらいましたが翌朝の仕事前だと困ったと思います。金庫の電池残量チェックは毎日して交換下さい。最後に卓球台のラケットがゴムが剥がれたヒドイのばかりでボールも弾み方が変で子供も他のお客も困って楽しめずにいました。ボンドで貼り直したり宿に合う良い品を買って下さい。その辺が顧客目線でなく行き届いてなく残念でした。卓球セット次回持参して改善無ければ寄贈します。新潟が誇るお宿で応援してます。頂点を目指して頂きたいです。

最高という言葉しかみつからない。従業員の方、部屋、お風呂、施設、食事全てが最高！素晴らしい記念日になった。本当に良かった。お世話になりました。
