We used the hotel for business and were able to check in without getting wet from the station in the rain, and we were given detailed information about the surrounding gourmet restaurants. The breakfast dishes are ordinary, but the white rice is delicious. It's worth it.

Good value and excellent location right next to the JR station. Room was very comfortable with 2 seat sofa and working desk area. Very nice simple traditional Japanese breakfast included served in hotel restaurant. Sake tasting room / store next door.

Smart new hotel with well-designed room. Very well sign posted despite Niigata station's chaotic & very confusing layout. No meals in package but not an issue as choices abound in & around the station. One area which is an issue is that coin laundry is hid

よくあるタイプの細長いシングルルームではなく、部屋が正方形で圧迫感がなくて使いやすかったです。 駅直結で雨に濡れることなく到着できること、コンビニが近いことが助かります。 スタッフの方も親切でした。 新潟へ行く際はまた利用したいです。
