I was happy with the thoughtfulness of the staff who carried my luggage to my room and of course the service of the staff and the Okami seeing me off. Since we were also in the Corona Disaster, we only used the breakfast, but the quantity and taste were surprisingly good. Especially the ochazuke was very tasty. It has been a while since I had too much of a good breakfast. However, I was disappointed that the sauna in the morning was not heated.

It is an expensive plan, but I took advantage of it because of the bed. I rested well and have no complaints at all. I would like to go back. If I may be selfish, I think it would be perfect if the bath in the room had a hot spring, even if it was not very hot. I would recommend it even though it is an expensive plan. It was comfortable from start to finish.

I have stayed at the hotel several times. We are always satisfied with the food, hot springs, etc. This time, however, there was a group of guests at a banquet. There were several people who were not wearing masks, and one of the hotel staff members was guiding the guests, but the guest had a mask on his chin. The staff did not pay any attention to the guests, but just kept on chatting with them and showing them around. I understand that in this day and age, group customers are important, but it was very uncomfortable.

I stayed here on business, and the bath was spacious and varied, and I enjoyed being able to choose between hot spring and boiling water. The food was not that varied or luxurious, the taste was average, and the room was average. The front desk did not give me a Kenmin coupon when I checked in, and when I told them when I checked out, they coldly told me to ask the travel agency for such a coupon without making eye contact with me and went away. I gave up and contacted the travel agency later and was told that I would get it. The supervisor was very good on the phone, but when I checked out, he was very unpleasant and ruined the image of the inn from 4 stars to 1 star. Please be careful and improve in the future.

I was looking forward to the buffet dinner and the hot spring. I was very satisfied with the content, which did not betray my expectations. I would like to stay again.
