The French toast at breakfast is the best. I have used N hotels in the past, but I booked the Okura for my summer trip because I wanted to try the French toast. The view of the Bandai Bridge from my room is also good, and the morning stroll along the riverside is pleasant. The front desk staff is very calm and attentive, and the hotel has the air of an Okura hotel.

The location is good: along the Shinano River and close to Isetan. All employees were friendly.

I always use this hotel for banquets and business occasions in Bandai. The service is very good and the view from the room is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious and motivating. I will definitely stay here again.

“Best hotel ever!”
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful both at check-in and at check-out. The room was cozy and relaxing despite its age. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very nice and adjustable. I felt that they paid attention to details. The washbasin was a little small, so it was a little difficult to wash my face. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you very much.
