The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with my baggage and late check-out. The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough for me and my luggage. I've been to Hakone onsens and I still think theirs were very nice considering it was include

“I'm a repeat guest for consecutive nights.”
Thank you again for your hospitality. The location is great, with a convenience store diagonally across the street, a pharmacy and supermarket within a few minutes, and a bus stop close to the station! You will already be healed. The staff was kind and courteous and made me feel very comfortable as I headed to my room. Also, the cleaning staff is excellent! She was a young lady, working quickly and efficiently in the busy morning hours, but she also greeted us well and followed up with the older staff! I almost cried because of her kindness when she said to us, "Please let me know if you need anything. Thank you very much for your kindness. Thank you very much. I would love to visit you again.
