      “Changes in Reservation Sites”

      Advance credit card payment was required, so I entered it just in case, and it was actually debited. I was surprised when I was told that the hotel could not provide a receipt because the site had debited my credit card in advance. I would like you to eliminate the option of making reservations with local, credit card payment. I want it back to the way it was before.

      “Close to station”

      As always, a beautiful hotel. I like it because it is conveniently located near the station. The only thing I would like is a firm pillow. I was informed that breakfast was available from 6:00 a.m. because there were many students preparing for exams that day, but I didn't want to ruin the rhythm of the day.

      “One of the best hotels in Niigata without any complaints”

      We have stayed at Okura and Nikko, but this is definitely the best place for breakfast. It is available from 6:00 a.m. and the food is gorgeous, fresh and very tasty. The teppanyaki in the evening was also delicious and excellent, and the service at the front desk and in the rooms was excellent. I know that the breakfast buffet is a great corporate effort, but I hope you can maintain this luxury as we will be staying here again in the future. Thank you very much.

      The hotel is of a grade that sets it apart from business hotels. It is a little far from the station, but I will use it again.

      “Reliable breakfast service”

      I thought it would be easier to use if the TV was placed opposite the bed. Other than that, a bottle of PET bottle would be nice. For breakfast, I chose a Japanese set meal. I was mentally happy to be able to compare Niigata's three generations of rice and have a second helping. The hospitality of the breakfast was excellent, with the second and third courses and even a soybean milk hot pot. Highly recommended!
