No value for money. The hotel is totally worn out. A bit shabby, not clean. Staff is far less service oriented than traditional Japanese hotels. Diner is a buffet with little Japanese finesse. Strange habbits (diner in yukata is not allowed). Very simpel h

予約時に喫煙、禁煙の選択はなく、洗濯がないということは、禁煙と理解して予約をした。 チェックイン時に喫煙での予約になっていると言われた。 他の後から来たお客さんも同様に、喫煙になっていたようで、このホテル又は予約サイトがそういう手法で集客していると思わざる得なかった。 とても残念。 それであれば別のホテルを選んでいた。

おまかせコースでした。お料理は美味しかったのですが、食べ終わりを確認するために、スタッフの方が何度もテーブルの様子を覗き込むように見に来られました。１０回以上あったと思います。 タイミングを見てくださっていたのだとは思いますが、その頻度が多すぎて、落ち着いて食事できませんでした。 もう少しそっと見守っていただけると、より良い時間になると思います。

The view from the room is great, but only when it's light. At night it's pitch black and you can't see anything. The night view is disappointing. Also, the view from the large bath? The view from the large bathroom is also great when it is bright. The washing area was very small, only enough for 5 people. The food is usually good.
