    I had high hopes, but alas.”

    We had to wait 30 minutes to check in, and dinner was supposed to be served from 3:00 pm in order of arrival, but at 3:15 pm we were told that only 8:00 pm was available. The trip was unsatisfactory for a Kyoritsu operation.

    ３世代家族でお世話になりました！”

    フロントからレストラン・温泉施設の方までスタッフの皆様の気持ち良い挨拶と心配りに３世代の皆が感心していました。次回はゴルフもトライしてみます。温泉も源泉掛け流しで良い湯加減でした。父は４回もお湯に浸かって満喫していました。本当にお世話になりありがとうございました！

    料理と貸切風呂について”

    ワンチャン連れの私達夫婦と子供家族６人で２部屋予約し宿泊しました。部屋は２階ワンチャン同伴部屋と５階スイトルームで、どちらの部屋も大満足の部屋でした。特に５階スイトルームに宿泊した子供家族は、部屋の広さと豪華さに非常に喜んでいました。ただ残念だったのは、フレンチ料理の夕食で料理の出る間隔が長すぎ待たされた事です。やはり料理を待たされるのは気分が悪くなります。それから貸切風呂ですが、入ろうして行く度に４箇所の風呂が使用中で何組が待たされる状態でした。その２点を改善されたら良いと思います。それ以外は大変満足で、また行きたいホテルです。次回は宿泊日に家族でゴルフを行い宿泊しようと考えています。
