      難しく構えることなく 自然に泊まれる場所です。 ※一つだけ疑問なのですが 食事の席のリザーブはないと聞いていたのですが いくつかリザーブの札があり どのような方が来れてるのかと気になっていると ご年配の方が来られました 何か特別な方なのですか？

      “スタッフの方の感じもよくとてもコスパの良いホテル！”

      小さなお子さん連れの方が多いので、苦手な方は避けた方が良いかと思う 私が行った時にはマナーの良いお客さまが多く、全く気にならなかった お部屋はいろいろなタイプがあるようだが、ゆったりとしていてベッドも広く快適 無料のラウンジは 目の前がお子さんの遊び場があるので、昼間は常にいっぱいな感じ ナイトキャップはほとんどお子さんは不在で、たくさんの種類のお酒があった もちろん、ジュースやコーヒー 炭酸水やトニックウォーターもあるので自分で好みのお酒を作れる つまみはナッツ、柿の種、ラスク、ドライフルーツ、ラムネなどのお菓子 紙コップの提供で自分たちで用意して、下げるのもみなさんきちんと自分たちで 駐車場も目の前にたくさんあり、利用しやすい 大浴場の前にも休憩スペースがたくさんあり、利用しやすかった 余計なものは省かれて、シンプルで活用しやすいホテル リピート決定！

      “悪くはないのですが”

      家族で泊まりました。全体的には満足していますが、エピナール那須と比べると、メルキュールの方が室内外の遊び場が充実していて、ビュッフェのデザート類も良かったです。逆に、エピナール那須の方が館内着、館内風呂、ビュッフェ、アメニティ、スタッフの丁寧さなど、全体的に良かったです。

      “食事はなくていい”

      食事のクオリティが今ひとつだったので、食事は外食か外で買ってくればいいと思います。 子供向けの設備がたくさんあったのはとても良かったので機会があればまた利用したいです。

      “グランドメルキュール那須高原リゾート＆スパ”

      個人の感想で言えば マウンテンビューも文句なし 食事のビュッフェもいいです 接客も文句ないです しいて言えば そうですね 食事前のお客様が並んだ時の対応について 皆様でもう一度話し合っていただきたいです。 また泊まりに行きます
