    飯店本身較老舊，服務人員接待不到位，餐食普通，不符合日本一般溫泉旅館的接待標準

    客房景觀很美，服務人員很親切，無論早晚餐餐點品質都很好，雖然地理位置較偏遠，但是飯店提供隨時到市區觀光中心的接送服務，就算由那須車站到飯店大約35分鐘車程的接送，也是免費，是cp值很高的飯店，很滿意！
