We enjoyed the in-house swimming pool and the private beach just outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with the marine activities. I also enjoyed the work experience for elementary school children. Especially, the crew staff took the children to the bottom of the bridge alone, and they were able to learn a lot. It was a pity that we could not see the Awa Odori dance because of the corona. We had no choice but to go back again for a series of nights when the Corona subsides.

３年前と今回で２回目の利用です。 とても『設備』と『イベント』と『おもてなし』が充実しています。 ３年前から変わった事は、特にスタッフに外国人を採用されていました。 部屋はグレードアップしていただき大変満足でしたが、虫が２匹飛び回っていた事と空気清浄機から少し異臭がした事が残念でした。 このクチコミを機に改善される事を願います。 また利用したいと思える数少ないホテルの一つです。 ありがとうございました。

まず、こちらのホテルのサビークラブ特典はひどいです。沖縄ルネッサンスの特典と年末年始のパーティーを経験していて、あの素晴らしさを期待して年末年始３泊してしまいました。全く違います。 沖縄ルネッサンスは、数えきれないアクティビティ・サービスがあり、ほぼ無料で楽しめるため外に遊びに行く必要がありません。朝昼晩いつでもビュッフェでご馳走を食べられて朝は毎日フォーシーズンズの朝食、年始のカウントダウンのパーティーでは海岸で花火が鳴り響きましたが、こういうのも全てありません。１２／３１もビンゴなどありましたがカウントダウンする頃には人もまばらで盛り上がらず、当然花火など無く、、びっくりしました。 ビュッフェもお風呂もガッカリするようなものだし、、１人３８０００円・子供も同額という値段には見合いませんでした。３泊なんてせず、他のホテルを探すべきだったと今でも悔やんでます。

“My Villa”
The purpose of this trip was to view the full moon over the Naruto Straits (Japan's 100th famous moon) and to celebrate my grandson's first birthday. After dinner, we enjoyed "Moon Light Night" special canapés and cocktails while watching the full moon at the candlelit terrace cafe. (Consecutive guests are invited.) Rooms are large Japanese-style rooms (two air conditioners) on the 6th floor of the main building. The entire hotel is well cleaned and very pleasant. Each floor is equipped with a washing machine, detergent, and dryer. There are two hot springs, one of which can be used throughout the day. You can choose between a Japanese or Western-style dining room for dinner and the time of the meal. I would stay here for multiple nights to enjoy the delicious food, the comfort of a resort hotel, and the sunrise and moonrise (from the balcony) and sunset and moonset (from the hallway).
