Decent rooms. Reasonably good location but shuttle service to/fro airport is limited and bookings must be made. Bus was too small and cramp for passengers with luggage.Staff speaks limited english and room wasn't ready at check in time.

The location is only few mins walk from Narita station. The front desk people are nice and helpful. The room (twin bed room) is nice and spaceship, good enough for our three luaggages. The price is reasonable.
