Room was as expected, the only real downside is the very average soundproofing that allows you to hear everybody from the corridor chatting, particularly when they are a bit loud (which is bound to happen quite a bit in such foreigner oriented hotel).

Perfect for those with a layover in Japan. The staff were very helpful. We had an issue with the airconditioning in our room and the hotel staff helped us very quickly with another room. Free airport shuttle bus and access to aeon mall was handy.

Perfect hotel close to the airport. Perfect if you arrive late in the evening at Narita or have to catch a flight early in the morning because there is shuttle bus very often. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed, even a supermarket!

Easy acces with the shuttle from the airport. Pool was closed. (sauna is $ ) Restaurant was expensive (one was closed) but you can buy food in the convenient store. Need renovation, old and not up to date ! ok for a transit of one night only.
