This is very accommodating hotel, the breakfast is the best and shuttles run back and forth to the Narita airport.

We highly recommend Hotel Nikko Narita. There are many free shuttle buses throughout the day to and from Narita airport and the city of Narita. We arrived very early and the staff gladly check-in our suitcases securely. When we arrived back at the hote

My spouse and I stayed at the Hotel Nikko Narita twice. Location is great. Multiple free shuttle buses between Narita Airport and the hotel. Also, many buses to City of Narita. Check in and check out was smooth and front desk staff are polite and fluent

“Costa is nowhere near as good as it should be.”
As for the room, it was comparable to a single room in a business hotel. The amenities were minimal and there was not even lotion (purchased at the Lawson on the first floor). (From the room I stayed in, I could hear the next room talking on the phone and the sound of draining water. I was told that the rooms had been remodeled, but the air conditioner had only 3 switches and adjustment buttons, which was very inconvenient. By taking the shuttle bus, check-in took a long time, but there were too few staff to answer the call. I think it was just a coincidence, but none of the staff greeted us when we left. Breakfast was delicious, but I would have liked to see the used dishes, etc. at the buffet cleaned up quickly. Was this another staff shortage? It was good that there was a discount for national travel support, but without it, I honestly felt that a business hotel in front of Narita Station would be better, including the convenience.
