Starting with the distant view of Nara City, the large bath, the morning porridge at breakfast, and the attentiveness of the staff, this is one of the most attractive hotels of the Kuraruke Inn Group.

とても満足でした”

四国方面への旅行予定でしたが，台風の影響で急遽，天候のよさそうな奈良に変更しました。直前割で予約でき，夕食・朝食，しかも温泉で家族一同，大変満足でした。奈良市内にもかかわらず，お値段も手ごろで，観光には立地も良かったです。帰宅後には，御礼のおはがきまでいただき，奈良に行く際には，また利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

修学旅行生があったので、温泉に入れない時間帯があった。それなら前もってメールなどで知らせるべし。朝食は毎回毎回、見あきた内容、とくに「茶がゆ」と「チーズ」。この２点は要らないと思います。まずいし、奈良の古都のイメージの押しつけにすぎない。フロントで充電器を借りたが合わなかったので、すぐに返したが、朝に返却を求められた。ちなみに充電器は古いタイプでフロントにあったもの、常備ありません。以前は年配の方が何人かいたように思うが、今は外国の方が半数いる。館内の説明は１０代後半か２０代前半の初々しい従業員が、かみかみで説明してたのでよく聞き取れなかった。聞いてもすぐに答えられない。以前は見送りもしてたが誰もしない。基本的にフロントは無人、呼び鈴で出てくるシステム。少しづつ、低迷していくイメージです。
