Last time I was not able to use the large bathroom due to infection prevention measures, but this time I was able to enjoy it and was satisfied.

I was very impressed by their very sincere response to our urgent request. Even on the phone, they were not clerical and took more than enough care not to burden us. The receptionist at the hotel after our arrival was also wonderful. I am very impressed with the hotel staff's thoughtfulness and efforts even under such (Corona) circumstances. I would definitely use the hotel again with my family.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was quiet and had a good atmosphere, and was right next to historical places of interest and shopping areas. As a Westerner, I found the Japanese-style room very cool!

We had a very good time. The location is excellent to visit the sites in Nara park. The hotel quality standard is very high, is quite expensive but is excellent hotel. Excellent for an unforgettable honeymoon!!

今一度、古都奈良を再発見するに相応しい旅のもてなしを味わえる宿。設備なども決して新しくなく（旧館利用）、斬新なサービスもありませんが、そこかしこに気遣いと真心を感じられる寛ぎの宿です。料理も古都の風情を存分に味わえる内容でした。

奈良公園から近く、部屋の向きによっては、窓を開ければ公園の鹿が見えます。 商店街も近くにありました。 子供が小さいので、和室は安心できます。 部屋にはフットマッサージも 備え付けられていて、うれしかったです。 電機自動車の普通充電が１台可能でした

すべてに星４をつけたけど、３ではないかな、ということでの４。どちらかと言うと ３．５くらいの感じかな。 立地はよく、施設も綺麗で掃除も行き届いてるし、スタッフさんも若い方が多くて明るい感じを受けました。 部屋の敷居辺りがとてもギシギシ音がしたり、畳がぽわぽわする所があったりしたけど、許容範囲かな。部屋風呂もキレイでした。アメニティもまずまず。大浴場は湯加減も熱すぎず 露天風呂や打たせ湯もあったし、人が少なかったので、のんびり入れてきもちよかったです。大浴場にもタオルを置いてくれていたのは◎ですね。浴衣も、２セット準備してくれてました。朝食は、前の日に魚と卵のメニューを聞いてくれたけど、味はいたって普通。主人は「普通がいちばん安心して食べられる」といってましたけど。。 全体的に可もなく不可もなく、普通よりは少し気遣いのあるホテル、だと思いました。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

長い間海外に住んでいることもあり、一時帰国した際には折角だからと旅館に泊りたいと思っています。今回、たどり着いたのがこちらのお宿でした。 古都奈良でも旅館が減っているなと感じる中、こちらの旅館は昔ながらの変わらない純和風旅館（正倉院を模したような造り）で落ち着いた雰囲気が大変気に入りました。小さい子供を２人連れていたのですが、くじ引きをさせてもらえたり、夏のお絵かきコンテスト？に参加すると参加賞を下さったり、子供の用のアメニティが充実していたりで子供たちも大満足でした。朝食はバイキングでなく和定食に朝がゆだったのが良くて、朝からゆったりした気分を味わえました。 翌朝に奈良公園を散策する間、お昼過ぎまで車をそのまま無料で置かせてもらえたので助かりました。 今回は時間的制約があり１泊朝食付きのみのプランでしたが、次回は早めにチェックインしてお部屋でゆっくり過ごしたいと思います。

初めて露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊。 ゆっくり、のんびり夫婦でお風呂に入れた。 夕食も凄く豪華で、部屋を担当してくれた方も、色々な細かい気遣いがあった。 また、奈良に行ったら宿泊したい旅館となりました。

近鉄奈良駅至近、街中の旅館ですが、大浴場が秀逸。 改装されたお部屋は、使い勝手が良いように工夫されており快適。 ポットには冷たいお水、インスタントですがコーヒー・紅茶・湯沸かし器 アメニティーも充実。 質の高いホテルと旅館の要素を感じるお宿です。
