Easy to find. Very warm welcome. We had to get used to the Ryokan style. Slippers and reserved bathing tines was new for us but we got the hang of it but Still no big fans. The owner and his wife are extremely helpful. Breakfast is homemade and excellent.

“連休で”
泊まれる宿なく民宿にしたが部屋はコタツがあり、オーナーご夫婦も、部屋の感じも懐かしいおばあちゃんのうちにきたような暖かさがありました。しかし煎餅布団が硬く重く眠れなかった。今どき石鹸も固形でドライヤーは使えませんでした。風呂は貸し切りにしてくれたがほんとの家庭の風呂で狭く一人ずつしか入れなかった。

“ヨーロッパ人が好む宿”
スイス人夫婦が宿泊していて、朝食の時にゆっくりと話が出来ました。古都奈良で日本の畳部屋で宿泊に奥さんが感激していました。僕たち夫婦はベッドでしたが・・・。奈良茶粥の朝食や宿の主人お手製の紫蘇ジュースが素晴らしいです。

“居心地が良かったです”
設備等、客観的に見れば必要十分という意味で普通でした。その必要十分の加減が私たちには適度で寛いで過ごすことができ、主観的にはとても満足です。立地は駅からの距離で考えると、他の宿泊施設に比べ遠くて不利です。ただ、閑静で趣きある高畑町での宿泊は格別でした。また宿泊させていただくと思います、ありがとうございました。
