“民家にお邪魔させていただくという感じで．．．。”
今回、男性５人で宿泊しました。総合評価の「普通」は全てを相殺するとという意味です。まず、館内設備は宿泊者を迎え入れるというものではありません。「空き部屋あるからどうぞ」感覚です。オーナーの個人的な荷物や奈良市街のパンフレット（数年前のもの）が散乱しています。ソファの上もも荷物があり、座れません。１５時でもチェックイン出来ませんでした。１９時に再度伺うと奥から女性が現れ一通り説明を受けました。部屋は外鍵がないため、南京錠です。館内は薄暗く、本当に空き部屋でよかったらどうぞ感覚です。しかし、部屋の設備は古いながらも一通りあり、風呂もお湯が出て、一般家庭のお風呂です。それとただ泊まるだけなら値段は格別安いです。旅は旅館の思い出も付属しますが、それを省けば寝泊まり出来ますし、破格です。立地を考慮し、値段を抑える代わりにただ泊まるだけで接待は無しというコンセプトなら納得出来ます。

“値段のわりによいです”
他の方のクチコミが良くなかったので、覚悟して行きましたが、スタッフの方は、子供連れにも親切でしたし、なんといっても格安です。暖房もきちんときくし、冷蔵庫もお湯もあるし、値段を考えたら、リーズナブルです！布団のシーツも新しいものが有りました。年末にやすくとまれてよかったです。

“春鹿酒造祭り”
立地場所は猿沢池や、ならまちに近く観光に便利な場所でした。たまたま、春鹿の酒造祭りが開催される時に宿泊したので、ホテルから歩いてすぐ行けたので良かったです。
