    食事は満足”

    夕食、朝食、喫茶などとても満足がいくものでした。食事会場の仲居さんの対応も良かったです。ただただ残念なのは、ロビーと廊下がとっても寒い。高齢者には堪えます

    先月の上山市　古窯に続き、大好きな山形の御宿への宿泊となりました。受付時よりの和かな笑顔での対応に始まり、終日心地よい時間を過ごさせていただきました。伝統を継承する姿勢とホテルとしてのサービスの追求を上手く折り合いつけられており感心致しました。外観からの印象と一歩、中に入った瞬間からのいい意味でのギャップが御ホテルの魅力のように思われます。なるほど、上杉家別荘たる立地と勝手に納得。妻曰く、大好きな古窯を超え、ここ数年でのＮｏ．　１御宿とのことです。また伺える日を楽しみに致しております。

    のんびり”

    サービスが充実しており、ゆったりと過ごす事が出来ました。 もっと早くチェックインして、館内をゆっくりと満喫すれば良かったと思いました。

    歴史を感じる温泉旅館”

    旅館のあちらこちらに歴史を感じる旅館でした。兜、展示品、夫々素晴らしいものばかり、余りにも沢山有されているので記憶が薄くなっています。 でも歴史を楽しむ温泉旅館でした。

    満足できる宿です、が”

    夕朝食も、温泉も大変満足できる宿です。しかし、お出迎え・チェックインの際、結構従業員の方が多かったのにもかかわらず、チェックアウト・お見送りの際には受付で何度呼んでも来ないし、従業員が出してくれる靴も出せない（どこにしまっているかは宿が知っているので）状況・・・後味の悪い状況でした。
