Hotel is rather old and way overpriced. Food is not fantastic. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Was just a few hello kitty props in the onsen. Room is terribly old.... Staff is great and excellent service.

Good hotel facilities with nice buffet spread and very near to the bus stop. However, room facilities was not up to my standards, we stayed in the Seishin Wing, room looked old and the hot water dispenser looked so burn out and we have to keep pressing for

Service is average. the room need renovation, bath room under Japanese hotel standard (smell so bad). The buffet dinner - not satisfy, big variety and quantity but not quality. Public baths - are very old and broken need renovation. '
