“Stable and secure”
I thought I had made a reservation with travel support, but it was not, and I was disappointed to find that it was a "Killer Whale Discount". As for the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with the stable satisfaction!

“silent bathing”
I used the orca stay but the toast coupon was forgotten. The front desk should have someone who understands when the discount is combined with the Aichi Prefecture Residents Discount and Killer Whale Discount. There were no "silent bathing" posters in the indoor baths, and the guests chatting in the non-open-air baths were not very pleasant.

“ゆっくり出来ました！”
両親との旅行で利用しました。駅から少しだけ歩きますが、遠くもなくちょうも良かったですお部屋も過ごしやすく、靴を脱いで過ごせるのが良かった！スーツケースを置ける棚もあったので、床に広げる必要がなく使いやすかったです。布団、枕も気持ちよくぐっすり眠れました。ただひとつ残念だったのが、コインランドリー。大浴場の隣りにあるのは良かったのですが、洗濯後洗濯物に茶色い洗濯カビがたくさんついてきました。もう一度洗い直す時間もなくはたいて使いましたが…、少し不快でした。それ以外はとても良かったです。
