“The pillow...”
The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were hard and high and did not fit well, so I could not sleep well. I would like to use the hotel again if pillows such as Tempur pillows were available for rent....

だいたい、どこに出かけても東横インを利用しますがコスパが高いと思います。スタッフの方も丁寧な方でしたし満足しています。

“サービスの努力を買います”
部屋に入ったらエアコンは動いてるのに何だか寒い感じがしたのでフロントに連絡して調べてもらうとブレーカーが落ちているとのこと。ブレーカーを復帰させスイッチを入れ直したら部屋は何とか暖かくなり始めやれやれ。フロントの女性曰く、ブレーカーが落ちることはよくあるとのこと。自分としては初めてのことだし、期待に反してたのでやや不満が残った。でも、フロントの女性は嫌な顔せず部屋まで状況をチェックに来てくれ誠意ある対応や礼節には感心しました。
