The location of the hotel was excellent, with convenient access to the train station, restaurants, and convenience stores. The view was great both during the day and at night.

We left our luggage in the hotel on 17/4, staying a night out of Nagoya, and then back to The hotel again. The staff was really helpful. Fluent English so that you don’t need to worry about the communication. We have to check out very early in the morn

“Very good, but not for the elderly.”
I stayed with my mother in her 80's for a killer whale stay. The location and view were very nice. There was a lively Yanagibashi market nearby. The large bathroom was quite slippery as the front desk said it would be. The washroom with handrails is at the far end of the room, but there is no place to grab onto that far. The door to the bathroom and toilet in the room was a thick glass door that you pull forward. Not only was it heavy, but it was difficult to get through because of the narrow space. The breakfast restaurant had a poor flow line and the flow of people stopped at the entrance. The aisles were narrow and difficult to walk through. An elderly lady mentioned this to the staff, who immediately reported it to her supposed supervisor, which I thought was wonderful. I thought it was wonderful that she immediately reported it to what I thought was her supervisor, who was also busy but listened attentively.
