      But for the room being a little small by Western standards - but still commodious compared to Japanese "business" hotels - I would have rated the room a "5" as well as everything else. The staff were uniformly attentive and gracious.

      “ちょっと中途半端かな”

      ビジネスホテルとシティホテルの中間のホテル。開業時は、もっと高級ホテル寄りだったと思うが、サービスやアメニティーを簡易化して多少料金も安くなって泊りやすくなった。部屋は広くてベットも快適だが、空調が一斉管理で個別調整できない、湯沸かしポットの追い炊きができない（中途半端な温度で保温になってしまう）、冷蔵庫が狭すぎなど不満点もある。あと、１階の男子トイレの小便器の割れや、洗面の故障も気になった。館内で食事をしたかったが、貸切で利用できず、ルームサービスもなく、外に行くしかなかった。フロントの接客は丁寧でとても良く、快適ではあったが、ビジネスとしては価格が高く利用しずらいし、高級ホテルというには設備が簡易化されていて、特別な日や贅沢したい利用には向かず中途半端感が拭えない。あまり期待せず、３０００円くらい追加してちょっといいビジネスホテルに泊まるくらいの感覚で利用すれば満足できると思う。
