名古屋駅から一駅と立地も良く、このお値段であれば大変満足です。近くにスーパー銭湯もあったので（タクシーワンメーター）、お風呂はそちらへ行きました。

部屋が、１Ｋの買い上げ改装だったので、変に広い。レンジ・ガス台・等あるのは連泊・長期にはよし。１泊にはあまり向かないと感じました。

“マンションタイプ”
元々マンションだったところをそのままホテルにしてあり、部屋は広くバストイレは別々で、冷蔵庫も大きく、電子レンジまであったのは大変良かったです。駅には近いですが、周りにあまり飲食店がなく、コンビニは少し離れていて、立地としてはあまり快適ではないですが、価格が安いのは大変有難かったです。また、利用したいと思います。
