“Located in the downtown area”
The bath is a walk to the next hotel, but it is spacious and relaxing. I was disappointed that there was no APA curry.

アパの別途の柔らかさは好きなのでいいです。立地は栄なので、ちょっとＤＥＥＰなところにあります。夜が好きな人にはオススメかも。朝食は食べていません。エレベータは１つで狭いので、中層階に宿泊の人は、朝出発時、余裕を持って部屋を出ることをオススメします。

“食事”
食事が別棟に食べに行かなければいけない点少々不便であり、冬場の場合コートを着て食事に行く必要がある。次回からは食堂が有る棟に予約をとると思う。

“新しくてキレイ”
開業後あまりたってないことからとてもきれいです。ただ、他のアパ同様にとても狭いでのが残念でした。部屋の設備は洗練されていて特に不満はありませんが、狭いのだから机の上とかにごちゃごちゃとパンフレットとか本をいっぱい置くのはやめてもらいたい。はっきり言って邪魔でした。これも他のアパ同様です。

“新築で綺麗なお部屋！”
新築だけあって凄くきれいなお部屋でした。立地も栄駅から近くこんびにも近くにあり良かったです。枕が低く私には合っていて寝やすくて最適でした。液晶テレビも大きく見やすかったです。備え付けのコーヒーも美味しく頂きました。

“合理的なホテル”
朝食・大風呂いずれも近くのアパホテルを利用せざるを得ないのが残念だが、料金見合いかもしれない。場所は栄のはずれで、近くに外国人がたむろしており、環境的にはよくないかも。部屋の風呂はゆったりしており、大満足。

“迷いやすい”
初めての利用でした。同じ並びにアパが２つあり、ちょっと分かりにくかったです。鏡台の前に座るとエアコンが直風だったのも残念でした。

“無断で部屋に入られた”
清掃不要（起こさないでください）を貼ってても無断で入る清掃員そもそもフロントの女性に確認したはずなのにいろいろ言い訳うっとおしい

한국어 하는 직원 없구요 체크인하는데 불편한점은 없었습니다. 모든게 새거라 마음에 들었습니다. 일본스타일처럼 호텔 작은건 어쩔수 없었습니다. 크게 친절하거나 불편하거나 둘다 못느꼈습니다. 깨끗한거 하나 마음에 들어요 청소도 깨끗이 해주구요.
