It is large in size and seems to be a facility that caters to group visitors. The large bath was spacious and very comfortable. The food was delicious and locally grown. Unfortunately, when I forgot something and noticed it at the next place I stayed, I tried to contact the hotel, but the phone was not working and I was told, "Telephone calls and inquiries are accepted from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are sorry. The recording of "We apologize for the inconvenience. I was surprised, which is unthinkable for an accommodation facility. What do they do in case of emergency? As someone who has been involved in the hotel business for many years, I believe that basic service to customers should take precedence over internal operational systems and is a responsibility.

We were upgraded to a room with an open-air bath, which was a nice change, and the hotel staff who showed us to our room made a good impression. I felt the building and facilities were old (there was a problem with the hand washing lever in the toilet), but the room itself was clean. The kaiseki dinner was also satisfactory. As for breakfast, I was disappointed that the number of items on the menu was small and that the replenishment situation was not timely.

It had been a year and a half since my last visit, but I was able to relax. The distance from the room to the public baths is not a problem if you consider it as a light exercise. The only complaint I have about the facilities is that Wi-Fi is only available on the first floor and not in the guest rooms, but I can live with that. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for two days with no meal during a week-long trip within the prefecture. The location was on the right side of the road, straight after turning at the sign for Yumoto hot spring resort. The parking lot was easy to find, which was good. The front desk was fine. The hotel itself is old, but the rooms were clean and nice. There was an empty refrigerator, three cups and water. The bath was enjoyable, with an open-air bath, sauna (water bath), and a steam and bubble bath. The lockers for valuables are 100 yen returnable, so you need to bring 100 yen coins to the hot springs. The inside of the building has a bowling alley, game center, karaoke rooms, taverns, etc., giving it the image of a fun Showa-era hot spring resort. I felt a sense of nostalgia when I imagined that the inn must have been crowded with group guests and large families in the past. On the other hand, Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, which may not be popular among young people. Also, it is a little far from the lit-up Onshin River, so the view at night is a little lonely. Let's go out for a walk.

昔ながらの温泉宿が、リニューアルするところはしっかりされている感じです フロントの方も親切で、部屋も和室にベッドで、目の前の川のせせらぎが心地良かったです 温泉は広く、露天風呂、サウナ、ジャグジーも有り朝風呂も出来て大満足です 朝食も美味しく、コストパフォーマンス良かったです

お湯が無色透明で さらさらのお湯！髪の毛もつやつやになりました。１２月は女湯が脱衣場もお風呂場も広い方なので、ゆったりでした。（朝は反対になるそうです）

両親と親戚総勢８名での宿泊。 とても広いのですが、 バリアフリーの施設ではない為、 障害で足の悪い母には少し不自由を感じました。 ただ、従業員の方たちはとても気持ちよく対応して頂き、 それがとても嬉しかったです。 夜の芝居小屋は、皆喜んでくれました。 私も初めての観劇でしたが、 また行きたいと思いました。 夕食はボリュームたっぷりで 食べきれないほどでした。 とても美味しく頂きました。 帰りの見送りまでして頂き、 本当に思い出深い時間を過ごすことができました。 最高の想い出をありがとうございました。

一人旅では、食事後の情報収取は重要です。 予約情報では、Ｗｉｆｉ接続可能となっていますが、１階のみ可能と言うことです。 よくある話ですが、確実な情報を掲載して下さい。 フロントの対応も良くなかったでする。

子どもとビリヤードをしたが、ビリヤード台が卓球台とエアホッケーの間にあり、となりの卓球をしている客にキューが当たりそうになったし、エアホッケーをしている客にも当たりそうにもなったから、もうちょいスペースや配置を考えて欲しい。

客室と大浴場がかなり離れすぎです。（徒歩５分くらいはかかる） 夕食はふく懐石でしたが、ふくの分量が少なすぎで、「一応ふくを使用していますよ」「とりあえずふくを使った料理を並べとけばいいだろう」という宿側の考えが見え見えで大変残念でした。 夕食会上も広すぎる部屋でテーブルがたくさん配置されており、他の宿泊客と一緒こたで、ざわざわとした雰囲気で落ち着いて食事ができませんでした。

庭付き離れ部屋に案内して頂きました。広々として静かな部屋でした。カラオケ、ボーリング場に芝居小屋まであって何だか懐かしの温泉宿といった雰囲気で楽しめました。従業員も多数いて行き届いたサービスでした。

“They were kind and helpful.”
We traveled to Yamaguchi for our children's spring break. We were disappointed that the bowling we were looking forward to was under maintenance, but we were very grateful for the upgraded room and the fact that we had a toddler.
