お客様対応のレベルが最高”
今回予約した部屋がダブルブッキングと言うことで、グレードアップした部屋へ変更して頂きました。素晴らしい対応をして頂きましたことに感謝です。小職にとってはサプライズでしたが、誕生プレゼントして、部屋にブーケ（生花）と添え書きがありました。さらに夕食時、誕生記念として、『赤飯、昆布（慶びの意味？）、鯛（めでたい）』の盛り合わせの一皿を頂きました。旅館の気配りに感動しました。宿泊の度に、スタッフの皆さんの顧客対応のレベルが向上していると感じます。今回の宿泊で感じた旅館の対応の良さを、社内研修で披露したいと思います。大規模旅館にもかかわらず、顧客が感動を覚えるスタッフの心配りのある対応は、最高レベルです。 心残りは、航空便利用のため、誕生祝のブーケを持ち帰れなかったことです。旅館のお心遣いに報いることができず申し訳なかったです。

故郷に帰る案件が生じた時に必ず宿泊する旅館です。宿泊部屋数が多い旅館にもかかわらずスタッフの接客が良い点が評価できる。 来月も宿泊の予約を入れました。そのぐらいリピータになれる旅館だと思います。 グレードの高い旅館だと思うだけに部屋の壁、ふすま等にシミ、汚れがあるのが残念です。高級感下げていると思います。。
