“フロント周り”
家族旅行で利用しました。夕食を外で済ませて、８時ごろに到着しフロントへ。入り口の外に喫煙所がありましたが風向きが悪くタバコのニオイが中に入っておりフロント周りはタバコ臭がしていました。朝食はバイキング形式で美味しかったです。

“眺望抜群”
２回目の宿泊です。海の眺望、夜景の素晴らしさは抜群です。女神大橋、外国クルーズ船等が眺望でき、坂本竜馬像など近くの散策ができ長崎らしい宿です。長崎の定宿にしたいおすすめ宿泊施設です。

“夜景は奇麗”
レトロ感漂うホテルです。そのため部屋をはじめ全体的に広々としています。スタッフの方は送迎バス、フロントの方皆てきぱきと親切です。ロケーションも夜景が美しいのでお勧めなのですが、朝食の質が残念といえば残念でした。（夕食は利用していません）料金がリーズナブルなので仕方がないかもしれませんが・・・・。

“本館と南館”
２グループが別々に予約し、結果、南館と本館になってしまいました。それほどの距離はないだろうと思いきや殆ど関われずにせっかくの旅行ががっかりです。事前にお伝えしなので、何か配慮がほしかったです。東京からの長旅だったのに期待はずれかな？又、夕食は海産物を楽しみにしていましたが、海のものは少なかったかな。

“２度と泊まりません”
ネットで見る外観も部屋も違いました。南館の一番端の方で更に別扉の向こうにある非常口のすぐ横で薄暗く、廊下は電気も点いてない廊下の横の部屋でものすごく怖かったし、部屋はカビ臭かったです。ＷｉＦｉも全くつながりませんでした。
