The views from the hotel lobby, hot springs, and rooms are amazing. The hot springs are nice and the staff service was good. The meals were also satisfactory. However, the rooms were disappointing. The Western-style rooms were remodeled and clean, but the Japanese-style rooms looked a little tired. The bathrooms and toilets looked like a time warp to the Showa period, and I wondered if there are hotels like this nowadays. The hotel may not feel the need to fix the baths in the rooms because everyone goes to the hot springs, but even so, I don't think they can afford not to renovate these rooms. Also, there were tea bags and teacups in the Japanese-style room, but there was no pot or teapot, so I ended up not being able to drink tea.

母と妹２人の４人で利用しました。ランタンを見る為にＴＡＸＩで行こうとしたら送迎用バスに乗せてくださり長崎駅まで連れて行って貰えて助かりました。部屋からの眺めもとても良くお風呂も２０時半から１１階の方が女風呂になるので露天風呂の眺めが最高でした。３階の施設が改装中と言う事で利用出来ないのが残念でしたが漫画コーナーは嬉しかったです。素泊りだったので母が今度は食事も食べてみたいと言ってるのでまた利用したいと思います。

三年ぶりに宿泊しました。 前回はスタッフも食事も良かったので今回了解しましたが全て残念でした。 夜景は間違いなかったが本当に残念でした。

“husband and wife travelling together (traveling)”
This was my first visit to Oedo Onsen in Nagasaki. The food was delicious, the location was on a hill, and the night view from the open-air bath was beautiful. The sense of freedom was amazing, and I would love to go back again. The staff was attentive to every detail and gave me the impression of a high grade inn. I would like to stay here again when I come to Nagasaki.
