スタッフが深々と頭を下げて送って下さった。色々旅行をしてきたが、今まで一番感慨深かったです。温泉旅館なら、パーフェクトです。朝食も品数も多く、大変美味しかったです。

フロントの対応、館内の説明も分かりやすく良い。夕食は卓袱料理で質、量とも十分。朝食のバイキングも結構でした。部屋の広さも十分で眺望も良かったが、大浴場は、やや不満あり。しかし、全体としては高齢者６名（平均年齢７４才）での利用でしたが、好評でした。ありがとうございました。

部屋が清潔にされていたのですが湿気の臭いが建物、部屋全体にしてました。換気ができてないような感じです。温泉に入るときに部屋のタオルを使用しましたが、予備のタオルがない為、部屋に戻ったあとは湿ったタオルを使用するしかなかった。歯ブラシも二人利用の時は色を変えてほしい。敷布団と、枕は改善してほしいです。チェックインの精算が終わったら、見送りもなくあっさりとした感じだった。 価格もそこそこなので仕方がないとは思いますが、換気や挨拶は価格には関係ないと思います。

“Great view!”
The hotel is located on a hill, so the ride up and down in the shuttle bus was quite thrilling, but the night view of Nagasaki City from the guest rooms and outdoor bath was excellent. It is an old building, so I was a little concerned that the guest rooms smelled a little, but they were cleaned properly. For the buffet breakfast-only plan, there was an oven in the hall where they were baking bread on the spot, and I was happy to be able to enjoy freshly baked bread. The choice of other Nagasaki specialties was delicious as well.
