“アレルギー対応”
アクティビティでサビキ釣りをしましたが、我が家の小学生も何匹も釣ることができ、楽しめました。一番感動したのは、うちの子供たちのアレルギーに対して、かなり親切に対応していただいたことです。食物アレルギーが複数あり、予約時に記載しましたが、フロントにチェックインの時点できちんと把握されており、レストランの入り口でも堪能していただいたスタッフにも細かく説明いただき、それぞれの料理について使われている食材に関しての表までいただきました。今まで国内のホテルたくさん宿泊しましたが、お高いホテルでもそんなに親切に対応していただいたことはなかったので大変感動しました。全体的にホスピタリティの高い親切なホテルで食事もおいしく、素晴らしいホテルだと思います。部屋のアメニティが少ないこと、コインランドリーがもっとあれば便利だなというくらいです。みなさん親切で、素敵なところです。

“２回目でも満足です！”
２回目のｉｓｌａｎｄでしたが、念願の親子バギーも出来たし、夕食も１回目に来たものと違い、楽しむことができました。ラウンジの利用時間が少し短く思えて…テイクアウトで部屋飲みが可能になると２箇所分の料金を払っても満足いくと思います。テラスロッジのラウンジのお兄さんがとても丁寧な対応で親切にしてもらいました！今回は初めて体育館？での遊びと、クジラのボールプール遊びが出来たので、さらに有意義な１泊２日でした。今度は、建設中のグランピングに宿泊したいです！送迎のトゥクトゥクも非日常的で最高です！

室内の遊具施設が少ないので、大変混んでいて希望する遊びができません。屋内遊具施設増やしてほしい。今回は天気が良かったが、前回は雨でしたので遊べませんでした。

“文句なしのリゾートホテル！”
バブル崩壊の苦難を乗り越え、よくぞ立ち直ってくれたことにお祝いと感謝を言いたい。館内施設や食事の充実は言うまでもなく、シーカヤックやイルミネーションなどのオプションアクティビティもリーズナブルな料金と細やかなサービスがうれしい。広い敷地での送迎を含めたオペレーションもきちんとなされており、全く不満やストレスがなく、心身ともに楽しめた。伊王島という浮世離れした立地で、客の夢を満たしながら、しっかりとした現実的運営に拍手を送る。
