“大満足の家族旅行”
今回は孫を連れての旅行でした。琴海さんはあまりクチコミがなかったので少し不安があったのですが、これまで行った何処よりも素晴らしいホテルでした。館内の中は少しバブル感はありますが、何処もキレイにしてあって清潔です。館内以外や庭もきちんと手入れされており、部屋に置いてあるタオルやバスローブは高級感があり、スタッフさん達の対応も素敵でした。もちろん朝食夕食もお洒落で美味しく、個室の会場を用意してくれ、ゆっくり孫と食事が出来ました。プールやスパにテニス、カラオケ十分満足出来た旅行でした。ホテルからの景色はすばらしく、館内の塔からは日本ではないみたいでした。また皆んなでこようね～と来年も旅行を計画しています。不快な所が一つもない素敵なホテルでした。

ブレスレットを風呂場に忘れて、船に乗って気が付き、ゴルフ場のフロントに連絡したのですが見つからず、非常に残念でした。客の質が高く、必ず届出があると思っていたのですが悔しいです。

長崎市内でのイベントの後のチェックインだった為２３：００に到着しましたが気持ち良く対応して頂きお部屋も広くてとても良かったです。またゆっくり泊まりたいです

“元旦ホテルライフ”
元旦に宿泊しました。スパは水着着用なので、夫婦で一緒に楽しめました。また、夕食はスピードは少しのんびりかなと思ったのと、追加オーダーをする際に人を呼ぶのに時間がかかったりと、ちょっとした不満はありますが、お料理の内容や味は最高でした！館内にコンビニ的な売店がないので、部屋で飲む場合は、冷蔵庫の中のちょっとお高いドリンクしかなかったので、それがちょっと残念でした。ロケーションは最高で、お部屋のお風呂からも海が見えました。今回はお天気が悪かったので、次回はお天気の良い時に泊まってみたいです。総合的には、満足な元旦を過ごすことができ、良かったです。
