I have used most of the major hotels in the city, including Hilton, Intercontinental (ANA Crown), and New Nagasaki, except for the resort hotels, but I respect the business-style hotel in question more than the city hotels mentioned above because of the hospitality and personality of the staff. The hardware, comfort, and convenience of the hotel are of a high level. The staff members are always smiling and doing their best to serve the guests, even though they are short on staff due to the national discount. I have been with you for more than 100 days, and I would feel like an ogre if I didn't receive a large increase in the summer bonus assessment for the main members. I would like to ask you to give the warm and kind hoteliers who work so hard for the guests a fair and substantial increase in compensation for their duties.

The hotel is impeccable to me. I would like to mention that all the staff members are very hard working and sincere in their hospitality. The rooms are renovated and comfortable, and the location is the best in Nagasaki for everything.

“First time staying at the hotel”
I stayed here because the reviews were good. I chose this hotel because business hotels are not enough for me. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nicely renovated. The air conditioning was just right. It was convenient for dining as it was located in Chinatown. I would stay here again.
