We were in Nagasaki for a cultural trip and didn't bring a laptop so being able to rent one and use it in the room was a welcome surprise. For future guests staying 2 nights plus, management may consider altering the daily breakfast i.e. substitute bacon

The best hotel I've ever stayed in Japan! Clean room, confortable bed, good service, breakfast included, and eco-friendly. Hotel is located near Dejima, and 15 minutes from the Nagasaki station by foot.

酒店距離長崎車站10分鐘路程，就在文明堂對面，位置尚算方便，路面電車「大波止」站行兩分鐘，如果買了路面電車one-day pass，往來車站與酒店只有兩個站。 我訂的是雙人雙牀房，房間很大，寬敞整潔。雖然訂的是吸煙樓層（因為訂的時候非吸煙房已全滿），但房間內完全沒有煙味。 早餐相對簡單，只有麥片、麵包、腸仔、蛋、味噌湯，普通商務酒店所提供的，味道都可以。

위치는 정말 좋습니다. 나가사키역에서 도보 15분 안으로 충분하고, 데지마도 매우 가까워요. 다만, 조식이 정말 별로고 ㅠㅠ 어쩌다 보니 흡연륨에 묵게 되어 고생했습니다. 룸 컨디션은 오래됐지만 깨끗합니다. 일본 호텔치곤 침대도 넓은편!

나가사키역에서 좀 멉니다. 걸어서 10분쯤 걸리던가? 노면전차 타면 가깝긴 한데... 객실 내는 괜찮고요 샤워시설도 좋습니다. 샴푸 린스 바디워시 다 잘 갖춰져 있고 변기나 세면대도 좋습니다. 넓지는 않은데 딱히 좁은 느낌도 없이 괜찮아요. 아침은 서양식이긴 한데 좀 다양하진 못해서 아쉽지만 나쁘지 않습니다.

이 호텔의 싱글룸은 상당히 좁다고 들었는데, 저희 가족(어른2, 유아1, 소아1)이 묵은 트윈룸은 적당한 공간에 편안한 구조로 되어 있습니다. 조식도 생각보다 괜찮았구요. 로비에 있는 무료 원두커피도 맛이 있었습니다. 가격대비하여 좋은 곳입니다. 추천합니다.

흡연룸으로 배정받아 입실하였는데도, 샤워실 수증기가 스모킹디텍터의 오작동을 유발할 수 있다는 주의문구가 부착되어 있습니다. 문구수정이 필요합니다. 15:00시 이전 도착한 예약고객에게는 이른 체크인의 배려가 있으면 좋겠습니다.

舒适的商务酒店，房间布局合理，酒店周围很安静，就在长崎县厅旁边，附近有便宜好吃的本地小馆子，走路去长崎港很方便。但是如果只在长崎停留一晚还是建议住在长崎站比较方便，酒店距离长崎站的距离不近不远比较尴尬。

3人的房间很小，一张床是沙发。特别不舒服的是被子，是床单加被子芯，被子芯很滑，稍一动床单和被子芯就分开，往往醒来身上要么只有床单要么只有被子芯。睡得很不舒服。说是港湾景，结果根本看不见港湾。
