      The owner speak good English. Eventhough less staff but their staff have excellent service mind. The hotel so nice and clean. The food is very good (taste, quality). Amazing with nine public baths. Very easy to walk from the hotel.

      “外湯めぐりを満喫”

      静かな情緒ある温泉街で、外湯めぐりが楽しめるとあって初めて訪れました。 新型コロナウイルスの影響で、宿泊客は例年に比べて大幅に少なかったのではないかと思います。その分、ゆっくり楽しめ、９箇所ある外湯すべてに入ることができ大満足。宿の料理とおもてなしにも癒されました。

      こじんまりとした旅館で、部屋から風呂も近く（エレベータ降りてすぐ）、とても使いやすかったです。料理もおいしく、量も適度でした。

      “風情あってよい街・宿”

      今回初　渋温泉でした。町並み、渋ホテル等　全てにおいて 風情があり　落ち着く時間を過ごせました。 スタッフ、貸切風呂、食事、ホテル前の川音、雰囲気　全て良い印象を 持ちました。また一層頑張ってもらいたい温泉街として応援して行きたいです。 季節柄の鯉のぼり（川へ掛ける等）色々　風情感をより感じたい街です。
