“いいスキー旅行となりました”
昨年に続き、２回目の滞在です。今回は本館で予約しましたが、当日グレードアップしていただき新館にて３泊宿泊しました。ありがとうございます。去年同様広々とお部屋を使わせていただきました。去年はサービス面がちょっとだったのですが、フロントの方も女性に変わり、笑顔で挨拶してくださって対応が良くなったように感じます。また夕食については去年より美味しくなったと思います。食後は生ピアノを聴きながら大きな暖炉の前でお酒を飲みながらゆっくりとくつろぐ、、、これがこのホテルの１番気に入っているところです。娘と２人で毎年志賀高原に来ておりますが、来年もこちらのホテルにお邪魔したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

“期待を裏切らないスキー宿”
このホテルの立地は、スキーをするにあたって大変良いと思います。ホテルの設備やサービスにおいても大変満足度の高いスキー宿だと思います。毎シーズンお世話になっておりますが、今回も楽しいひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。朝食ビュッフェのシャンパンや搾りたてのオレンジジュース、手作りの信州リンゴのコンポート等、普通のスキー宿には無いメニューが心をくすぐります。スキーイン、スキーアウトができるのもシニアには有難いです！この立地で、大浴場やサウナがあるのも嬉しいですね。

“フレンチディナーで満足度アップ”
何といっても、夕食が良かった。質量ともに満足のフレンチのコース、ワインもそこそこの値段で、全体の満足度を上げている。スタッフも丁寧な対応で良かったし、大人の高原リゾートが満喫できた。まあ、オフシーズンで空いていたのも影響しているかもしれないが。

愛犬とゆっくり過ごせました。朝のパンやしぼりたてオレンジジュース、夜も和食も洋食どちらも大変おいしく大満足です。また来たいですね。

“避暑地満足！”
接客態度、食事には大変満足しました猛暑の中出かけとっても涼しく自然の中心地よくすごせました。がお部屋が風が通らなくエアコンが無いので、少し暑かったので扇風機でもあれば良かったのですが。
