期待を裏切らないスキー宿”

このホテルの立地は、スキーをするにあたって大変良いと思います。ホテルの設備やサービスにおいても大変満足度の高いスキー宿だと思います。毎シーズンお世話になっておりますが、今回も楽しいひと時を過ごすことが出来ました。朝食ビュッフェのシャンパンや搾りたてのオレンジジュース、手作りの信州リンゴのコンポート等、普通のスキー宿には無いメニューが心をくすぐります。スキーイン、スキーアウトができるのもシニアには有難いです！この立地で、大浴場やサウナがあるのも嬉しいですね。

フレンチディナーで満足度アップ”

何といっても、夕食が良かった。質量ともに満足のフレンチのコース、ワインもそこそこの値段で、全体の満足度を上げている。スタッフも丁寧な対応で良かったし、大人の高原リゾートが満喫できた。まあ、オフシーズンで空いていたのも影響しているかもしれないが。

愛犬とゆっくり過ごせました。朝のパンやしぼりたてオレンジジュース、夜も和食も洋食どちらも大変おいしく大満足です。また来たいですね。

避暑地満足！”

接客態度、食事には大変満足しました猛暑の中出かけとっても涼しく自然の中心地よくすごせました。がお部屋が風が通らなくエアコンが無いので、少し暑かったので扇風機でもあれば良かったのですが。

支配人自らのマジック披露したり、誕生祝いの手配をしてくださった受付スタッフ等の感じの良さといい、大変楽しい旅となりました。ありがとう！２点改善項目として。先ず、部屋に入った時に感じる下水の匂いが気になりました。次にレンタルスキースタッフが、日本語がまともに操れないのは、安全上問題ありだと思います。ご一考下さいね。
