“irresponsible criticism”
It may have been windy and rainy, but the steel frame hit the exterior walls and was loud and slamming, making it hard to sleep, and the back of the hotel seen from the window was dirty and disappointing. The spring water quality was excellent.

Wonderful surprise! We decided to book this hotel as it was on the way to our next destination. The person in charge was very helpful and speak english. The food was quite a lot and the onsen was great. Highly recommended if you are in the area. It's basic

“朝食は満足できました”
築年数もあるので、そこは除くと温泉街中心部にあり、ゆったり滞在できました。朝食は部屋ごとの半個室スペースでの朝食で、スタッフの負担を少なくしながらも内容は良かったです。

“頑張ってもらいたい”
台風１９号と新型ウイルスの影響でしょうか空室がかなりあったようです。大浴場も貸切りのようでうれしいような淋しいような。戸倉上山田のお湯はとてもいいので多くの方に訪れてもらいたいです。大変な状況ですが頑張ってもらいたいです。
