“気持ち良く滞在できました。”
２月の３連休の中日に宿泊しました。好立地にある宿で渋温泉観光にはもってこいです。また、宿泊費も温泉地にしてはリーズナブルでありがたかったです。口コミにもあるとおり、女将さん？の配慮や対応は十分なものでした。ただ残念なのは、清算後車を少し置かせてもらったのですが、行ってらっしゃいくらいは欲しかったかな～。ま、これを含めて満足なのでたいしたことではありませんが。本来ならばもっと混雑しているべきなのでしょうが、国内でもコロナウイルスの影響を懸念する声が急速に高まったタイミングだったので、宿も温泉も空いていました。機会があれば、またお邪魔したいので、今は大変かとおもいますが頑張ってください。

“風情”
初めて来ましたが、温泉街の中心に有り畳みの温もりを感じる良い宿です。料理も郷土食で美味しい。朴葉味噌がとても美味しかった。そぞろ歩きでお湯巡りも堪能しました。食事どころに間仕切りが有れば、もっと良いと思いました。

“そんなに急がせないで”
宿、サービス料理とも標準的レベルをやや上廻る内容で、大きな不満はありませんでしたが、１点だけ残念な点がありました。それは夕食です。料理はどれも美味しく、温かいものは温かく、冷たいものは冷たい状態でサービスされて良かったのですが、なにしろ忙しい。前のお皿も空かないうちから次から次に配膳されて、ゆっくり料理を楽しむ間がありませんでした。たまたまその日は朝早くから移動で疲れていたので、ある意味好都合でしたが、普段の旅行であればクレームを言いたいレベルです。どのような事情があるのかわかりませんが、やはりお客のペースに合わせたサービスが良いと思います。

“まさに渋温泉街の中心”
まず、館内総畳敷きなのがすばらしい。大湯の向かいに位置し、温泉街の中心。屋上露天風呂からの眺めも最高。食事は少な目であったが、多すぎる食事にうんざりしていた長旅の我々には、適量で、食材に工夫が施され、たいそう美味であった。渋温泉の泉質の良さは定評があるが、ここはメタケイ酸が多く、肌の弱い私にはうれしかった。女将・ご主人・中居さん、みなさん親切で、駅への送迎や、スノーモンキーで有名な野猿公苑への送りもこちらの要望に応えてくださる。館内の生け花・書画骨董・館内音楽も女将の趣味の良さが感じられる。空調等の館内設備もたいそう良い。次回渋に来るなら、ぜひここに泊まりたい。
