とても良い宿泊が出来ました。 料理は特に美味しくて最高の宿泊気分をあじわえました。 部屋は少し古さを感じますが総合評価的に大満足てました。
お風呂が広い”
大浴場が志賀高原の中では広く、開放感があって良かったです。木々の緑と冷涼な空気の中での温泉、とっても気持ち良かったです。サウナまでありました。泉質はあっさり系でした。朝食バイキングは結構良かったです。

私は、食事に好き嫌いが多く通常１泊２食付きプランは選びませんが、今回ＧＷということで仕方なくお願いしました。また、ダメ元で食事の変更をお願いしたところ快く受けてくださってとても満足しています。しかも、美味しかった。さらに忘れ物の対応にもしっかり対応いただき感謝です。志賀高原に行く際には、また利用したいです。

全般的に設備の古さが目立ちます。食事も不味くはないけど、「おいし～。」というほどでもない。部屋に用意されていたお菓子と湯呑みセットが汚れていて、換えてもらうようお願いしたら、お菓子は汚れたまま戻ってきた。よく言えば家族経営のフレンドリーな宿ですが、価格を考えると満足度は低いです。

志賀高原の宿は風呂が大きいところが少ないのですが、ここは大きくきれいでした。あと余り特徴がなかったので特に際立っていました。
