    Excellent”

    This small hotel is a ski in- ski out hotel located next to the ski lift. There is no village to speak of, but this is compensated by very attentive staff, good quality of service and food in the japanese and italian restaurants. The ski shuttle bus stop i

    食事に大満足”

    初めての奥志賀を夫婦で２泊お世話になりました。長野市内は大変に暑い日でしたが１５００ｍのホテルは大変に涼しくチエックインしました。最上階の部屋で広くゆったり出来ました。近くの白樺林、せせらぎコースを散策をし、夕食後の蛍を見に石の湯温泉までホテルのツアーに参加しました。 懐石、イタリアンの夕食を想像以上に美味しかった。中華も食べてみたい。 温泉が無いのが残念でしたが満足の出来るホテルでした。また、紅葉時期に行きたいと思います。

    とても良いホテル”

    初めて利用しました。ほぼ全ての面で大変満足です。特にイタリアンのディナー。ラウンジから見えるライトアップされた雪景色。展望大浴場。温泉好きな私たちですが、こちらのホテルでしたら温泉がなくてもまた来たいと思わされました。

    非常によかった”

    昨年に続き２度目の宿泊。やや、シーズンオフで混んでいなかったせいか、ゆったりと過ごすことができて大変、満足です。設備、食事等非の打ちどころがありません。志賀高原の中では奥まっていてやや不便ですが、逆に野沢方面へは抜けやすい利点もあると思いました。

    洗練されたスタッフのサービス”

    フロント・レストランのほかハイキングガイドも含め、ホテルのスタッフの対応が最高でした。食事も素材の味を生かし、目でも楽しめるものでした。無理に難点を挙げれば、年寄りにとっては東京から遠いこと。でも、楽しみのほうが断然勝りました。
