      “Onsen Good!”

      The temperature of the hot spring was just right and I bathed three times. The customer service was very good, the food was delicious, and the view of the ocean from the room was soothing. I will repeat this experience when I go back! Thank you very much.

      It had been a long time since I had used it. It was more accessible than ever. The dinner was very good, and the breakfast was a New Year's menu, which allowed us to experience the New Year's spirit.

      “Very nice hot water!”

      The room we were shown had a pump or something, I don't know what it was, but we could hear low frequency noises coming from two or three directions all night long. It would have been easy to ask them to change the room, but it was late at night and we had our luggage spread out.... If they say they can't change the room because they are fully booked, that's the end of the story.... They say they are a group of Hotel Urashima. Aww...

      I stayed here for one night and breakfast was included in the room rate. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying! Repeat candidate (for sure)

      “Exceptional”

      Very friendly staff. Good location to see Nachi Falls and Kumano Kodo Trail. And it's worth seeing the early morning tuna auction. Room clean if a little dated. Dinner was good and very filling. Onsen were very good.
